I pad probs.

Since an update from Aple I no longer get e mails on my I pad, all ok other wise and all works as normal on the desk to and I phone, Any ideas?.

First thing is the old chestnut, power it down and back up. Secondly go into settings and see if your email is still there. Its highly unusual for an update to stop emails.

If an ipad cant get mail it puts a small error in the bottom left hand side eg “ unable to get mail” often clicking on that takes you to the problem.

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, ensure your email account is listed then tap on the account and ensure the button next to mail is toggled on. (Should see a bit of green next to it not grey)
