WINDOWS 11 MAIL - INBOX NOT DISPLAYING MESSAGES ONLY HTML CODE

This is happenning more and more frequently in received mail, example below.

Anyone know how to fix this, have ran the troubleshooter and reset the app, tried forwarding to myself but it looks like once its corrupted it stays that way.
any help appreciated.
