Trousers pulled down.

How I chuckled when I read this ..................................try buying a Triumph. I would have danced over broken glass to get the OPs tyres at that price. There is nowhere within reasonable distance of me that will do wheel on changes for under £50. I take the opportunity to clean and grease, blah blah blah and do wheels off changes with an independent guy in Bromley.

Those Gaggia coffee machines don't pay for themselves, you know..

I love BMW Dealers so much, I sold the GSA and got a KTM

Normal for south east. I have never paid less than £300 at bmw for a service in one or another bike as far back as 2004.

Not sure about the tyres though, i always change mine at specialists (FWR in Kennington)- apols plug but those guys are excellent- 350 is a bit steep but its also a latest tyre, v much in vogue…

All way's buy my own tyre's & take in my wheels, local bike shop only charges £12. fitted & ballanced & I dispose of my old tyre's, that's what I call a bargain.

Buy one of these and then you can buy tyres anywhere that's cheap and fit them yourself for nothing. You'll make the purchase price back in no time*.

* you'll likely never make the purchase price back at all, but your freeloading mates will be very happy

Does no one fit there own tyres and service there own bike on here roll your sleeves up and get on with it Ok breaking the bead can be a pain I use my hydraulic press then set to it with the levers cost nothing and give's you a bit of a work out which is a win win

how to you get the tyres to "pop on" due you have a compressor or visit the local garage and use an airline? i cannot see using a domestic tyre inflator or foot/hand pump works

I service my own bikes and do my own tyres. I have a Rabaconda and a compressor.

All my bike wheels are spoked, so the old style Rabaconda works fine on them.
