abcd for me. First weekend in Nov for me.
My preference would be first weekend in Nov, option C please.
So, 1st weekend in November will be the weekend. I'm off to speak to a couple of new venues I have in mind on Tuesday and see what they can do.
I thought we might try something new as the Cricket Club was getting a bit pricey. It could be a good fallback if the others don't work out.

Behind pub, no facilities overnight and no showers (sorry Bill). Great pub, good choice of beer and food. Possibility of breakfast at the pub, however, there is a cafe across the road.
Just waiting to hear back from the landlord/lady.
No cost for camping, as long as we eat at the pub.
Is the no showers thing a show stopper? Let me know and I'll revert to Sproxton, if possible.
