Afternoon Folks,

As alluded to in the title, I need to replace the rubber on my R100RS. This being a new bike to me.

Have my list down to 4:
Metzler’s Roadtech 01
Conti Classic Attack - think I got that right?
Bridgestone’s BT46
Michelin’s Road Classic.

The Conti has been recommended previously in another thread. Likewise the Roadtech 01. However, the BT46 seems highly favourable also, as is a cross ply and maybe better suited to my aged suspension set up 42 yrs ago, and that leaves the Michelins - their Pilot Roads have always been highly rated as is the current 6, so their Road Classic should be up there. Wet weather grip is higher up on my agenda than dry, thus have previously gone with Michelin’s Pilot Roads on most of my previous bikes.

I would be grateful to hear what you have shod your airheads in, why and your thoughts on those I have listed above?

Thanks

The 100CS is wearing the Contis and they grip really well. I am not one for lean angles though, so I am not putting them to serious testing, I don't find I need to lean very far to get round corners at normal speeds.
