Phone mount

I've owned my 2011 GS , my first, for just under a year now. And I've got to say that I'm over the moon with it.
I've just returned from a long weekend in Cornwall, and there's a few changes I need to make.
First of all is the phone mount position. At the minute I've got a quad lock on the handlebars, but I need to mount it higher. What would be the best option to go for, to move the phone above the clocks? I want to keep the qlock, but use a satnav type rail, but which one?
Also, spot lamps. What's the best mount, as I haven't got crashbars.

I can't help with the phone mount but this might be the solution for the spot lights - Spotlight bracket

That bracket works great and years of searching I would say is the best out there.
Re phone mount. I recently had an off after a car hit me and ended up away from my bike I was able to use my phone as it was in my jacket and not on the bike. The best RAM mount system I have found is one made by Miscal (not sure on the spelling, I will check mine and get back to you)

I use a QL Mirror Mount, good Line of Sight and easy to reach.
