So you compare a bike 6 years ago at exchange rates then, while the UK was still in the EU, with a bike in the EU now? Perhaps you should wait a little with the UK out of the EU and sterling going down like a wet bar of soap. BMW prices as with any imported goods are going to skyrocket soon.

You read it correctly, I do indeed live in euroland

So a roughly equivalent spec today is 25% more expensive than five or six years ago
