Checking top box options for BMW 1150GS Adv (2005)

Hi All

Have panniers for my Adv, but am now looking for a top box as I commute to work on mine from about a weeks time onwards.

The Adv fitting seems different to what I had on a normal 1150GS? Are there any specific top boxes I should be looking at?

My aim is for a top box that hopefully just fits straight on, don’t want to be adding lots of attachments.

Any useful places or ebay links to what you think would work is great. I have 1150GS second hand ones in my ebay watchlist but not sure.

PS very happy with the 1150GSA!

No, that GS topbox won’t fit

You will have to go Givi/Shad etc for plastic or a genuine BMW GSA pannier or topbox (or Bumot/TT for metal)

This is a right hand BMW’s GS A metal pannier used as a topbox

I use it for my Givi Outback Trekker topbox

I'm not sure if these are still available from Givi, could be worth giving the guys at Motorworks a ring.
