Could someone point me to a manual/instructions for using the integrated comms system in a BMW System 6 EVO please? Helmet has come to me from a friend and I cannot work out how to use it, have managed to charge it and it comes on, but that's it!

Still no joy, months on. I'm clearly an idiot as I cannot find it anywhere. I have looked, found something on ADV on installing, but nothing on using. Anyone clever out there able to provide a link?
