Last week had a clear out of all cookies from my PC got back all
wanted sites but cannot contact amazon as I sign in and get a security mobile no I used when I opened the account long ago.
Now I cannot contact them to alter phone no there phone contact nos on screen are not recognised so I am stuck!, any ideas?.

Many thanks for info. problem is when I get through to their speaking computer it wants to send me a text
as I'm on a land line not much help!. Phone on a mobile and it says this no does not exist!!!, any one know the answer to this?.

Success!!, finally spoke to a human very nice young Irish gir very helpful got me up and running (and spending!) in five mins very good service.
