do you need 10 rooms or are people sharing? Makes quite a difference. in these exact locations or nearby? Kempten is halfway between Ravensburg and Garmisch, for example, and has a great hotel for a large group.

Blast on Booking.com directly.
Faster. ;)

it's what I do, and select the rate with no prepayment and the best cancellation terms as at least one of the 10 will have some sort of life event and need to drop out

often costs more but it makes life easier for the DFV* doing the herding

Yip that's me DFV . Laughing at that we used to let guys take there turn in picking hotels routes etc. Last guy got binned
3 guys got bitten to hell by bed bugs in Corsica . Ended leaving the hotel we had booked for 5days after the second night.
Later we read the reviews where shit .
I book the hotels now problem being 5 rooms looking for single beds or twin rooms
Germany and the others are double beds
Pain in the arse pardon the pun .
We always use booking.com just a thought if any new biker hotels the area we are looking for .
Cheers

Few places have many single rooms and I just put singletons in doubles. booking.com sometimes reduces the room rate by 1 breakfast or in France, breakfast is usually extra anyway

I gave up sharing years ago as I used to snore but now have a noisy CPAP so I am one of the singletons.

Fortunately, my touring group are relatively affluent and like decent hotels, so don't grumble if they are paying £100 a night for a decent place as a main base. We offset that with the occasional budget hotel for a single overnight, such as a city centre Ibis Budget like the one in St Omer or St Quentin. I try to keep it to £70 a night but looking for a trip this year, that is getting more difficult to achieve in nicer places.

For Bolzano you could try - Kolpinghaus Bozen short walk to centre, underground parking and breakfast.

Tell everyone the towns you’re going to be stopping in and let them deal with the hotels themselves. Personally I’d book mine, say this is where I’m stopping then let the battle commence :D

Ravensburg - We used Ottobeuren nearby, the Gasthaus am Muhlbach. Good underground parking ...... https://www.hotel-am-muehlbach.de/ Plenty of eateries in town & do check out the amazing Klosterkirche.
The temptation is to try somewhere on Bodensee, but if this is a transit stop, the lake is probably best avoided as it's popular & sees plenty of traffic. If you have time to stop over, then we enjoyed the Hotel Seehof at Immenstaad. Look out for the Zeppelins.

Garmisch P - we used the Mercure for convenience; nothing special though, with exterior parking. We have also used the Riessersee, which has great parking but gets infested with the coach-party brigade.

Bozen - we usually stay between Bozen & Trento, on the Wine Route, which opens up various options. This place gives you a valley base from which to tour in all directions, very biker friendly, with a large garage for the bikes, it's often used by Italian & German tour groups ....... https://www.teutschhaus.it/en Take the 1/2 board option, wines from the proprietors own vineyard.

Verona - visited several times, but never stayed. Personally I prefer Padua, less tourist oriented. We used the Hotel Galileo BW .......... https://www.hotelgalileopadova.it/en/home-page.aspx. Large underground secure parking. You can take the train, if visiting Venice, Verona or even Milan for a day trip.

GG Area - plenty of options at/around Zell, but we used the Hotel Sonnegg at Saalbach last time, as our old favourite the Simonhof at Hintertal had sold out to developers (anyone remember the delectable Margit?)
The Sonnegg is a BMW test ride centre & IIRC there are 2 parking garages ...... https://www.sonnegg.at/en/hotel/

Have a good trip. Group booking can be a pain, there are always the few who will bugger about, so maybe follow Andy's suggestion.
