Ravensburg - We used Ottobeuren nearby, the Gasthaus am Muhlbach. Good underground parking ......
https://www.hotel-am-muehlbach.de/ Plenty of eateries in town & do check out the amazing Klosterkirche.
The temptation is to try somewhere on Bodensee, but if this is a transit stop, the lake is probably best avoided as it's popular & sees plenty of traffic. If you have time to stop over, then we enjoyed the Hotel Seehof at Immenstaad. Look out for the Zeppelins.
Garmisch P - we used the Mercure for convenience; nothing special though, with exterior parking. We have also used the Riessersee, which has great parking but gets infested with the coach-party brigade.

Bozen - we usually stay between Bozen & Trento, on the Wine Route, which opens up various options. This place gives you a valley base from which to tour in all directions, very biker friendly, with a large garage for the bikes, it's often used by Italian & German tour groups .......
https://www.teutschhaus.it/en Take the 1/2 board option, wines from the proprietors own vineyard.
Verona - visited several times, but never stayed. Personally I prefer Padua, less tourist oriented. We used the Hotel Galileo BW ..........
https://www.hotelgalileopadova.it/en/home-page.aspx. Large underground secure parking. You can take the train, if visiting Venice, Verona or even Milan for a day trip.
GG Area - plenty of options at/around Zell, but we used the Hotel Sonnegg at Saalbach last time, as our old favourite the Simonhof at Hintertal had sold out to developers (anyone remember the delectable Margit?)
The Sonnegg is a BMW test ride centre & IIRC there are 2 parking garages ......

Have a good trip. Group booking can be a pain, there are always the few who will bugger about, so maybe follow Andy's suggestion.
