Anyone know this R100RT?

According to the DVLA Vehicle Checker it's alive & kicking, in fact it's just been taxed until Jan '24, however it doesn't seem to being used very much.
According to the MOT records it did just over 300miles between May '18'19 (at which point it hit the big 40 and became MOT exempt). In fact between Dec '15 and '19 it did little over 600miles. It's either someone's pride & joy and only ever comes out if there isn't a cloud in any direction for 500miles or languishing in a garage with maybe an elderly, unwell or similar owner, but they can't bare to part with it.
