Anyone any opinion or pointers on the tank upgrade for the T7?
Looking about, there's a big price variation on new ones.
Has anyone got one fitted?

Yes I have one fitted ,gives the bike huge range 280-300 miles.Matter of opinion but may not be as good as the original to look at?Gets rid of the fragile original tank cover.
If you don’t do big miles per day probably not worth it ?CP 2 engine is economical.
If you like just to ride ,just the job.
Not compatible with Scotts type steering damper.

I fitted one a while back. It was fine but the size and aesthetics did not do it for me. I then installed the Camel ADV one. It is brilliant, non intrusive, easy to fit and remove, etc. I think it might even be cheaper now. They both work well so it is down to personal choice. Good luck

Tank

I pulled the trigger on a black one. When i have it fitted i will post a few photos.
Next move is a set of excel rims.

A different angle. In the end it's quite easy to change. The touratech engine bars remained in place while doing the exchange and with the bodywork off it's fairly simple.
