Sat nav mount

Hi, I have an 850 with the four button nav cradle which is not recognised by the tft the same way it is on my 1250. Hence it cannot be controlled by the wonder wheel. Is this just a software issue or do I need to change the mount?

If the bike originally came without Sat Nav Prep, and then someone added the cradle, the bike will not recognise it.
I believe you will need it to be added to the bike system by dealer. :rob

I have the high level sat nav bar fitted with the four button cradle and Nav V fitted by a BMW dealer. Managed to not leave the Nav V with the dealer so it works fine but not via the wheel, just needs a dealer visit to add the nav to the on bike system.

Can be done with ISTA+ or Esys
