Hi folks,
Just introducing myself as a new member. Living in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, on the edge of some wonderful motorcycling country.

Had a couple of RTs back in the day, but recently acquired a 2020 1250gs TE exclusive with wired gold rims. And I love it.
Been riding on and off since the mid 1970s, and had many different bikes. But this one just felt right from the moment I set off on the test ride.

I have lots to learn and absorb on here (GS wise), and look forward to maybe meeting some of you down the road.

Unfortunately I’ve just moved away from Darley Dale but I can strongly recommend the East Midlands section on here - friendly bunch and there’s a breakfast this Saturday.

If you have a good sense of humour and skin like a rhino, you'll fit right in.

There is a camping weekend just up the hill from you on the weekend of 16th June where you can meet a few of the old duffers, I mean members of here. Don't be put off that it is the 'Airhead' weekend, other bikes turn out too. :beerjug:
