Thank's to Mick I've now got it sorted,,, good job you have plenty of patience m8 that's all I can say,,,,anyway I was down loading from the wrong IE, I use Firefox, that's done the trick.

Google isn't an operating system, unless you are asking about using Chrome in which case the answer is yes it works with Chrome. I have used Firefox too but have never even got as far as downloading maps to the PC with IE.

Not sure bill, the grey one has a better idea than me,,,, I used Firefox it works for me now so I'll stick to that
