Are tracklogs admisible as evidence in court?

I don't think there could be much doubt as to which vehicle the gps was in at the time of an alleged offence. If you were sent a pic of your vehicle with a NIP from gatso xxx at location Lat xx lon yy at 10.00.22 hrs and your tracklog had the same coordinates and time and the log can't be fiddled then it should be good enough..The doubt,unless the picture showed the drivers face was,who was driving but that would be the case whether a gps log was being used in evidence or not.
