Recall on F850GSA - Footpegs clips

I picked up a newer F850GSA today from a main dealer and they informed me of a new recall concerning footpeg clips which they just spotted before handing it over to me . They are going to be sending them out to all BMWs at some point- However, mine was sorted today - just a couple of minutes.
Have I missed something on the forums about it? I haven't been watching the forums too much recently.

my circlips were done today as part of a recall. Not an 800 though

I read about the circlip recall for the R1250s - probably the same part.

Mine were done on my last service. I lost a clip a couple of years ago but just replaced it with one of my own.
