A where was I with a twist

Past this a hundred times but a year or so ago I was in an old neighbours house trying to seal it up as he'd sold it and abandonned everything

I found the B & W photo Lord only knows when it was taken

But How about where???

You would actually drive past this to get to it

Its the old coastguard stores at the top of the Portmuck Brae, its been there a very long time

I now have all the names of the folks in the picture tagged in this image and the story of the picture too LINKY

Thought I'd stick this in here before I loose it again Photo was taken just after WW2, My Grandfather had just retired from Royal Navy and took up the post of Station Master HM Coastguard Portmuck, he finally retired in 1968, hope this helps"
