No. The terms I used applies to members of one of the fascist groups which try like fuck to exploit these situations. A little research will tell you it's the Patriotic Alternative, Britain First and the now illegal National Action. Hmm, wonder where the NA members went when it was banned?
People in Elgin and other places will be understandably concerned and they should be supported in demanding more cash for police and social services which were badly needed long before migrants were placed there.

What is it that makes people living in and around Elgin so obnoxious that they 'piss against the bar whilst waiting for their round'? What kind of person does that? What kind of society tolerates it? The people get what the people allow and deserve - if you don't challenge antisocial behaviour it proliferates, but then of course the locals can clamour for the Gubmint to do something about it.... do something about it by bringing your kids up to be decent, and don't tolerate bad behaviour. It isn't anyone elses' fault. You reap what you sow. All this crying out for someone else to do something about it...
