seat heights 2011 R1200GS twin cam triple black

Anyone know the standard seat height on a 2011 R1200GS twin cam triple black and how much it reduces by when put in the lower height setting? Ideally in mm.
Also how much lower the BMW low seat is?
I've had a search in here and drawn a blank and Dave Google is giving conflicting info.
Contemplating a purchase but not the tallest. I had 1100GS and 1150GS before with low seat on both.

I swapped by GSA standard seat for a Sargent standard seat in a search for better comfort, luckily for me it is also a bit lower (and more comfortable for me).

Denzo on here fitted shorter springs on my shocks when I had them serviced, this lowered the bike 30mm which is the same as an OE low spec bike. Maybe an option.
