After a trip to Sad Hill Cemetery near Burgos in Spain, featured in the 1967 Clint Eastwood film The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and taking my Harley Dyna Switchback FLD up a track probably best left to goats, I came to the conclusion that canvas bags or similar as panniers would be cheaper than damage incurred on the stock painted solid panniers after one or two tip-overs . Has anyone come across a decent replacement in canvas or similar?
