Well here I am researching the new 1300 GS, having owned two 1200's previously in 2011 & 2015. I currently ride a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro which is a really fine motorcycle & one that I can highly recommend, I have been riding since 1976.
I brought the Tiger when I recently moved house to the countryside & mainly due to the narrow roads where I now live, with difficult cambers, tractor drivers drunk on cider etc. I would have gone for a 1250 GS but at my age (65) the weight & size put me off, hence the Tiger.
So what do BMW do? They bring out a 1300, lighter, smaller & just up my street (They probably did it just to spite me as I'd jumped ship to Triumph).
Anyway, a 1300 test ride beckons, anyone want a pristine 2023 Tiger?

Hi, I will have to ride a 1300 & order one before I officially put my Tiger up for sale. That’s unless someone really wants it. So you know it’s a 23’ reg, 2100 miles in white & in showroom condition. ACF-50’d yesterday. I’d want about £12,500 to £12,750 which is a bit under what others are up for.
