Upload a route to TomTom?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a route in a mapping program such as memory map navigator and then upload this route to TomTom mobile? If not, will this be included in TomTom rider or is TomTom purely for point-to-point journeys?

Anyone got any ideas?

I dont think this is currently possible. You might be able to do something with creating your own POIs and route preferences and letting it route using those, but this is only with the new TomTom ver 5 engine which TomTom Rider will use.

Details are still sketchy on Rider though, but as this is a popular request for bikers, and TomTom's selling point is its feature rich software then maybe....

There is a POI Converter programme available as freeware which allows you to convert Autoroute routes in to Garmin or Tom Tom itinaries.

It works quite well, but you are stil limited to 15 waypoints, so longer routes have to be broken down into smaller sections.
