Nav v tearing hair out

Any nav 5 users that have had a message window pop up saying approaching and lots of orange flags on the purple route line if you Deviate from the route even by a small amount. Then the purple route disappears and the destination is showing in thousands of miles. Driving me crazy and it’s only happened since I upgraded the Nav v . Using Myroute app to plan route

I'm sorry I can't help directly but there is a specific Nav V section here where you might find an answer or at the very least some help.

Had a used NavV for 18 months not had this problem though.

It did have it showing me to be in Barrow in Furness a few weeks ago when I was really in Clitheroe for a short while. I have had problems in the past when near radar installations and on roads in cuttings.
