Rode this the other day for the first time in years and was amazed at the state of the lane. Thank goodness it was dry and I was going north to south. Spoke to the very nice farmer's wife from The Lawnt who said that there had been a lot of use by 4x4s in the past but not so much recently.
I'm sure I did an event there with the Mid Wales trail club many years ago.
Has anybody else used this lane recently?

Whereabouts is this lane in Wales Brad ?

To answer the post.

A small section has been subject to water damage. It was subject to a voluntary TRO last year to allow the council time to repair it but the council did nothing. There are a couple of huge 4x4 ruts that can be ridden through on a trail or enduro bike. I doubt if the pots on the gs would clear.

Otherwise the route is largely as it was.

I suppose it depends on how far back you go. I don't remember it being like this about 7 years ago. There was certainly no big bomb hole that looks like a JCB has been busy. Even further back (early 80s) you could drive an ordinary car along it.
